Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using JPG to PDF Converter Free (the “Service” or the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What the Service is

JPG to PDF Converter Free is a free online toolbox that converts JPG, PNG and WebP images into PDF documents, and PDF pages back into JPG images. Unusually for an online converter, the conversion runs entirely in your web browser: your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers. Because of this design, the Service works without any sign-up, and there is nothing for you to install. The Service also includes a blog with guides and articles about file conversion; blog content is provided for general information (see our Disclaimer).

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. By using the Service you confirm that the content you convert is yours to use, or that you have permission from its owner.

4. Accounts and admin access

You may use the converters without an account. Accounts on this Site exist primarily for site administration. If an account is created for you, you agree to: provide an accurate email address; keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone; accept responsibility for all activity that happens under your account; and notify us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised. To protect accounts, we hash passwords, limit login attempts and may temporarily lock an account after repeated failed logins. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred. We may require you to change a password or disable an account where we reasonably believe security is at risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Convert or distribute content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to use;
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • Attempt to break, bypass, probe or reverse-engineer the Service's security measures, rate limits or access controls;
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl or access the Service with bots, scripts or other automated means beyond normal individual use;
  • Introduce malware, or attempt to harm the Service, its hosting infrastructure or other users;
  • Overload the Service with abnormal traffic or otherwise interfere with its operation;
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

Because conversion happens in your browser, we cannot and do not review the files you convert; responsibility for converted content rests entirely with you.

6. Your files and your content rights

You keep all rights to the files you convert. Because conversion happens in your browser, we never receive your files, we claim no ownership or licence over them, we cannot view, restore or delete them, and we cannot recover them for you if you lose your copy. Always keep your own originals. The same applies in reverse: you are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert and to use any file you process with the Service.

7. Intellectual property in the Site

The Service's design, logo, name, text, graphics, blog articles and code belong to the site owner (or are used under licence) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, frame or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law explicitly allows it, and you may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

You are welcome to read and share links to our blog articles for personal and educational use, and to quote short excerpts with a clear link back to the original article. You may not republish articles in full, sell access to the Service or to content obtained through it, present the Service as your own product, or use automated tools to mirror or bulk-download the Site. If you embed or frame the converters inside another website or app, you need our written permission first, because framing can mislead users about who is providing the tool and how their files are handled.

8. Advertising on the Site

The Service is free and is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. Advertisements are third-party content: they are selected and delivered by the advertising network, not by us. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisement, for the products or services it promotes, or for any website an advertisement links to, and the appearance of an advertisement on this Site is not an endorsement. How advertising cookies work, and how you can opt out of personalised advertising, is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Service availability and changes

The image converter currently accepts up to 30 images per conversion, of up to 25 MB each; the PDF to JPG converter accepts PDF files up to 50 MB and 100 pages. We may change these limits, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, formats supported and limits. We will try to keep the Service available and working, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — including warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that converted files will be accepted by any particular third party.

10. Accuracy of results — check your output

The converters re-encode and lay out files automatically. Image scaling, page sizing, compression and your own settings can affect the result. We do not guarantee that any output file is accurate, complete or suitable for an official, legal, commercial or any other specific purpose. Always open and check your converted file before submitting, sending or relying on it, and keep your original files as the authoritative copy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost files or data (your files never leave your device, and your originals remain with you), lost profits, business interruption, or losses caused by third-party advertisements or websites. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site owner, and any people working on the Site, against claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, from content you convert or distribute, or from your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, or restrict access to the Service, if these terms are breached, if an account is used to abuse the Service, or where needed to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnification — will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site owner is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining parts continue in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier understandings about it.
